Since its inception, the Trust began accepting claims on November 1, 2007. Notably, the Trust set an initial Claim Filing Date on May 1, 2008. This means any claims filed between November 1, 2007, and May 1, 2008, will be regarded as filed on this initial date. Following the guidelines detailed in Section 5.1(a)(1) of the TDP, the Trust prioritizes and processes the claims accordingly.
