To streamline this process, the Trust operates according to the guidelines and norms in the Trust Distribution Procedures (TDP).

Kentile Asbestos Trust Claim Submission and Resolution

To lodge a claim, an individual needs to adhere to the policies and procedures set by the Trust, which are defined in the TDP. These policies detail the required claim form that acts as proof of claim with the Trust. The window for claim submission began on March 09, 2015. However, the Trust recognizes September 09, 2015, as the Initial Claim Filing Date.</p<

Any claims made between these dates will be regarded as filed on this initial date. It's crucial to note that claims will be processed sequentially, adhering to the order described in Section 5.1(a)(1) of the TDP.
